Meet with me in-person or from the comfort of your own home!

In-person work with me is a little different — rather than meeting in a traditional therapy office, we will walk together in a serene outdoor setting surrounded by fresh air and beautiful landscapes. I have selected a park in Austin with plentiful parking, relative privacy, and peaceful waterfront views. During the session, we will alternate between walking along the trail and pausing to reflect at a bench or picnic table. I’m excited to offer this modern take on therapy for those who appreciate the healing power of nature as much as I do! I offer online therapy through a secure and easy to use video conferencing platform. You might be surprised how natural it feels to meet through a screen. And you may come to appreciate the convenience of staying in your sweatpants and avoiding Austin traffic!
